Corporate Social Responsibility

As actors we love to use a bit of paper, especially when printing scripts!  However at The Ascend Actors Group we care about our environment, and feel that we should do our part to make it more sustainable. Therefore we have decided to be bold and implement a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy that will help us do that.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

In order to make our environment more sustainable, we pay careful attention to the paper we use in the office and in our workshops, courses and events. Therefore, when attending one of our workshops and courses, we would like you to be responsible for your own scripts and/or scenes that you need to bring. This means bringing a readable printout that you can use on the day. This saves us printing scripts and scenes that will not be used, and therefore wasting paper. Only one copy of the scenes/scripts will be available for the Director and/or Casting Director.
