WORKSHOP/CLASSES/COURSES/EVENTS
Our workshops, courses and/or events are for educational purposes only.
Our Drama School workshops are also for educational purposes only and do not guarantee entry into a drama school.
Our Bookkeeping workshops are also for educational and advisory purposes only. Please consult your accountant before making any changes to your financial records and transactions.
Our Agent Seminars are also for educational purposes only and does not imply representation.
If for any unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend a workshop and cancel, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange (to be used within 3 months) if we are notified no less than 14 days before the workshop. If we are notified between 14 days and 3 working days before the day of the workshop, (example – if the workshop was on the Friday, you would have to notify us by the end of Monday), you are entitled to a one time exchange (to be used within 3 months) and not a refund. If we are notified within 3 working days before the day of the workshop you are no longer entitled to an exchange or refund.
Photos will be taken at some workshops and will be used for marketing purposes only. If you would not like to be in any photos, please let us know in writing before the workshop.
If for any unforeseen circumstances a workshop is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange for the next available date on the same and/or similar workshop where available.
If for any unforeseen circumstances a workshop is rescheduled, you will be contacted ASAP using the email address on the Paypal account you paid with. You are entitled to a refund if you are no longer able to make the new date. However, if we have tried to contact you to inform you of the new date and time, and you have not replied, you are not entitled to a refund, but are entitled to an exchange your place for the next available workshop within 3 months, where available.
If a testimonial is supplied by you, we are entitled to use that testimonial and your headshot for marketing purposes only.

ONLINE CLASSES
Online classes and masterclasses are the property of The Ascend Actors Group.
Online classes and masterclass are sold on a pay per view* basis and cannot be downloaded.
The scenes used are written and owned by Nigel Douglas and are not to be shared and/or used for reason outside of this masterclass.
We do not issue refunds on our online masterclasses and or classes so please make sure you have a solid and secure internet connection.
*Pay per view: You will be able to view the masterclass once within 72 hours of purchase only.
